User registration information
(Items that can be changed are password, email address,
name of the representative of the application, registration category
1. Log in from the upper right menu of our web sales site (hereafter, VANCET-NET).
2. After log in, select "My Page" from the menu on the upper right. Click the "Customer information change" button in the customer information group in the middle of the screen.
3. Please follow the instructions on the screen and change the registered information.
・If you do not know the user ID
→ Your ID is included in the application form sent to you by email at the time of registration. If you cannot find the email, please contact our system rep (TEL: 06-6231-6671).
・If you don't know your password
→ You can re-register your password as many times as you like by following the steps below.
1. Go to the VANCET-NET login page and click the "Forgot Password" link.
↓
2. Enter the user ID of the person who forgot the password or the e-mail address used when applying, and press the "Send e-mail" button.
↓
3. A password setting URL will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the application form.
↓
4. When you receive the password setting e-mail, please set password you want.
・If you do not know both the user ID and password
→ Please contact our system rep (TEL: +81-06-6231-6671).
About the order
[Case of ROT, D/R and Packing shipment]
We will deliver from 1 roll regardless of the order amount.
However, we will accept a maximum of 50 rolls per a delivery address and a maximum of 10 rolls per SKU.
You can choose to ship from 1 cart to up to 3 locations at the same time, so you can put up to 150 rolls and 30 rolls per SKU in the cart.
[Case of cutting shipment]
Up to 150M in total for one shipping destination and up to 20M per SKU.
Please order in units of 1M.
You can choose to ship from 1 cart to up to 3 locations at the same time, so you can put up to 450M in the cart and 60M per SKU.

VANCET-NET can now ship to multiple destinations, so you can choose up to 3 delivery addresses in an order.
About shipping information
Regarding new registration/modification/deletion of shipping destination information, it is possible to edit from "Delivery address list" on the upper right menu of the screen.
Also, if you can enter delivery address information that has not been registered in advance, your order will be smoother.
Please take advantage of it.
We might change or delete delivery addresses that have been registered for more than one year and have not been used for more than one year or if the address is incorrectly registered.
(*Please note that we will not contact customers in advance when deleting or changing.)
Cancellation/return
Regarding cancellations and changes, products ordered through VANCET-NET can be canceled through VANCET-NET until shipment processing begins.
To cancel an order, display the details of the target order from the order history list and press the cancel order button.
After the cancellation has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been canceled.
*Once the shipping process has started for the ordered product, it is difficult to cancel it in the middle of the process because it is delivered to the customer as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
*"Change" is not supported. Please enter the order again after canceling.
*Depending on the product you ordered, it may not be possible to cancel the shipping procedure after it has started. Please note.
VANCET-NET does not accept returns.

About email
Please check the following possible causes.
(1) The e-mail address entered at the time of membership registration was incorrect.
(2) There was a problem with the mail delivery service with the provider you are using.
(3) The order confirmation email is recognized as spam by the provider you are using, and it is in the spam folder or has been deleted.
(4) When there is no free space in your mailbox.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email after checking, please contact our system rep (TEL: +81-6-6231-6671).
Please note that we are not responsible for any troubles caused by garbled characters in the order confirmation e-mail sent from us, or due to insufficient reception capacity. Please note.
About shipping status / cargo tracking
You can check it in the following two steps.
○ Shipping history confirmation method - 1
1. Click the shipping status link from "My Page" on the top right of VANCET-NET.
↓
2. The search condition input page for shipping history data is displayed.
↓
3. Enter your search criteria and click the Search button to display the shipment line data.

1. Click "Order history inquiry" in the upper right corner of VANCET-NET.
↓
2. Click [Order number] on the left side of "Order history inquiry" to display "Order history details".
↓
3. Click [Shipment No.] at the top of the detail table of "Order history details" to display the shipping details data.
The data to be searched will be FAX/Web orders for ROT, D/R and Cutting for the most recent six months.
It is also possible to download in Microsoft Excel. Please take advantage of it.
To go to the cargo tracking page, proceed to "3." of "Shipping history details screen method - 1" of the above question ([Can I check the shipping history of orders placed by FAX?]).
If you click the [Invoice No.] data on the right side of the same screen, it will link to the affiliated delivery company. You can check your shipment tracking information from this page.
If the link is not displayed, it is in the process of being prepared for delivery, so please check again after a while.
Depending on the delivery location, it may not be possible to track the shipment. Please note that.
About inventory inquiry and product inquiry

"Product Inquiry" allows you to search for the products that we are currently dealing with.
In the search results, you can see the information on processing, blending ratio, standard and the image of the pattern book.
You can use it without registering as a member, so please take advantage of it.
Also, if you want to use the search function a little richer, we recommend that you register as a trial member.
If you register as a trial member, it is a function that recommends our products that are similar to the fabric image you have taken. Please register and use it.
