April 1989	Changed company name to Nichimen Fashion Co., Ltd.
June 1989	Opened Tokyo branch in Bakuro-cho, Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
February 1999	Opened Sendagaya office in Sendagaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
September 2000	Became a 100% capitalized subsidiary of Nichimen Infinity Inc.(now Sojitz Infinity Inc.)
January 2001	Nichimen Fashion (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. (now Sojitz Vancet (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd.) founded in Shanghai
July 2002	Tokyo branch and Sendagaya office merged, and Tokyo branch relocated to Sendagaya
March 2006	Osaka head office relocated to its current location
January 2009	Company name changed to the present Sojitz Fashion Co., Ltd.
